Salesforce Tester

Industry: We operate in the IT sector. Clients: We support international companies from regulated industries (banking, finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals). Services: We provide comprehensive quality assurance and implement modern HR platforms for employee management.

• At least 4 years of experience as a software tester (QA).
• Practical knowledge of test design techniques and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience in API testing (familiarity with tools such as Postman or SoapUI).
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language used for automation (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).
• Knowledge of UI test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).
• Ability to use test and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail).
• Good knowledge of browser-based developer tools (Chrome DevTools) and version control systems (Git).
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (working with project documentation).

Nice to have:

• Experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter) or security testing.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL at a level sufficient to verify data.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

• Analyzing business and functional requirements in terms of their testability.
• Designing, creating, and executing test plans and scenarios (both manual and automated).
• Reporting detected bugs in the system (e.g., Jira) and working closely with the development team to fix them.
• Performing functional, regression, integration, and API tests.
• Creating and developing automated scripts for web/mobile applications.
• Maintaining test documentation and ensuring transparency of QA processes within the team.

Workplace: hybrid, Poznań (once a month from the office)
