Salesforce Developer

We operate in the IT sector. We support international companies from regulated industries including banking, finance, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. We provide comprehensive quality assurance and implement modern HR platforms for employee management.

• At least 4/5 years of programming experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Very good knowledge of Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous programming) and database architecture (SOQL, SOSL).
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce frontend technologies: Lightning Web Components (LWC) or strong experience with Aura/JavaScript.
• Proficiency in declarative platform configuration (knowledge of Salesforce Flows is essential).
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST / SOAP).
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD processes.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (working with documentation, communicating with clients/the team).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with specific Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Familiarity with tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.

• Designing and implementing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Configuring the platform using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder).
• Creating and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP API).
• Ensuring code quality (creating unit tests, code reviews).
• Collaborating with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver the best possible solutions.
• Resolving ongoing technical issues and optimizing existing processes.
• Migrating CMC data to clients’ Veeva QualityDocs and SharePoint repositories.

Workplace: hybrid, Poznań (once a month from the office).
