Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- Master degree
- English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
- At least 1 certification among: The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA); Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect; CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSIP-ISSAP); ITIL v3 Master certification; Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or equivalent
- Has performed role of Enterprise architect in organization
- Has hands-on experience in building EA culture and practices throughout the organization
- Expert in enterprise and business architecture design
- Familiar with business process development, value streams and capability maps design
- Good knowledge of enterprise architecture domains
- Good knowledge about maturity models analyses and frameworks
- Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
- Familiar with market wide designing architecture standards or frameworks such as, TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected framework or similar
- Expert knowledge in computer science and IT to research IT solutions and identify ways to enhance existing operations
- Efficiency in time management, project management and demonstrative of the company's service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Holds ability to document effectively
- Presents problem solving skills
- Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies, business cases, visions, analytical models
- Presents leadership skills
- Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment
- Skills in developing standards and policies that guide the use of IT assets
- Excellent communication skills for educating employees on best practices for applying the company's IT products, resources and solutions
- Ability to scrutinise the domains of the enterprise's structure to improve operations and align the business and technology to be transparent
- Ability to analyse data and information generated by the enterprise and operational labour structure to identify cost-savings opportunities
- Experience in the governance of architecture function

- Establishes processes for enterprise architecture developments and management
- Supports programmes and projects in planning and controlling, especially regarding risk management, harmonizing, change management and assures architectural compliancy
- Consults and contributes to development of architectural capabilities of the organization and the architecture management initiatives
- Designs and communicates enterprise architecture
- Designs and maintains architectural repository
- Designs interoperability and interfaces between systems
- Elicits needs and analyses requirements
- Transfers business, user and technical needs into architectures
- Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components and system features
- Defines transition roadmaps for architectures
- Prepares system documentation and provides presentations
- Collects and interprets system metrics
- Provides assistance to projects implementing elements of enterprise architecture
- Assesses architecture maturity
- Analyses organisational structures
- Analyses information systems portfolio
- Analyses business processes
- Conducts IS cost-benefit analysis
