Fullstack Developer (Java + Angular)

• Higher technical education (STEM – IT, telecommunications or related)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• At least 1.5 years of commercial experience with AI / LLM, including implementation and promotion of AI tools
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Angular (new versions), including signals and communication
• Experience with microservice and hexagonal architecture
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Independent, communicative, able to defend own opinions
• Enjoys teamwork
• Interest in AI development and practical application
• Experience in finance is a plus

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications
• Create new functionalities using AI
• Participate in POC projects based on GenAI (Copilot, Claude)
• Implement and promote AI solutions within the organization
• Work in CI/CD environments, ensuring testing and code quality
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Work remotely with occasional visits to Wrocław (once every 1-2 months)
