• Higher technical education (STEM – IT, telecommunications, or related)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• At least 1.5 years of commercial experience with AI / LLM, including implementation and promotion of AI tools
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Angular (latest versions), including signals and communication
• Experience with microservice and hexagonal architecture
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Independent, communicative, and able to defend own opinions
• Enjoys teamwork and collaboration
• Interest in AI development and practical application

Nice to have:

• Experience in finance

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications

• Participate in POC projects based on GenAI (Copilot, Claude)
