Solution Architect (PLM/Siemens Teamcenter)

We are seeking a Solution Architect (PLM/Siemens Teamcenter) to operate within complex enterprise environments focused on PLM solutions for manufacturing and product development, working closely with stakeholders, architects and business teams.

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in PLM-related roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including configuration, customization and integration tasks.
• Proven track record of enterprise-scale PLM implementations and systems integrations in complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with solution and enterprise architects, as well as cross-functional business teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.

• Provide solution architecture leadership for PLM implementations with primary focus on Siemens Teamcenter.
• Define and validate integration approaches for enterprise-scale PLM solutions across multiple systems and data domains.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, technical leads and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
• Assess existing PLM landscapes and produce migration, upgrade or optimisation recommendations.
• Develop architecture artefacts, integration specifications and non-functional requirement definitions relevant to PLM services.
• Support procurement and vendor evaluation where third-party solutions or consulting resources are proposed.
• Participate in review meetings, deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute to governance and quality assurance activities.
