Software Engineer/ Senior ETL Developer

Group Technology engineers solutions and directs client transformation by providing a holistic technological view and structured understanding of the bank and its environment to enable the Customer Vision and Business Strategy.

The client is a bank and tech employer on a mission to evolve finance securely and responsibly, impacting millions by ensuring access to solutions anytime, anywhere while safeguarding personal data and wealth.

The Financial Statement team within the Rating and Limit Management Unit builds and maintains software solutions to store and deliver data across the bank, supporting regulatory compliance, data quality, audit trail, and integrating financial data with rating and credit decision solutions.

• Comprehensive experience with ETL
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Python
• Established background in event-driven systems like Kafka
• Experience designing REST APIs and with Spring Boot or similar frameworks
• Incorporate AI systems for requirement elicitation, documentation, and refactoring daily
• Strong independent work ethic with superior organizational skills

Nice to have:

• Exposure to data warehouse principles
• Acquainted with or willing to learn data modeling
• Knowledge of Java

• Develop and engineer ETL solutions with high reliability and stability
• Partner with business partners, data users, and solution architects to anticipate and address business demands
• Manage end-to-end solution design and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Optimize workflows with AI tools to increase efficiency and maintainability from business demand to working application
• Support the team with technical leadership, code quality practices, and modern engineering standards
