Senior Mobile App Developer (Android)

The client is an international transportation technology company focused on building scalable digital solutions for modern rail operations. They develop internal platforms and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and streamline complex processes in a fast-paced environment.

• 6+ years of professional Android development experience
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Coroutines, and Clean Architecture
• Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns and SOLID principles
• Experience with unit, integration, and UI testing
• Knowledge of GraphQL or REST API integrations
• Experience delivering scalable, maintainable, and high-quality mobile applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile or React Native
• Knowledge of Firebase tools and mobile analytics
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile accessibility
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications
• Collaborate closely with Backend, iOS, and cross-functional teams
• Drive technical improvements and contribute to architecture decisions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience
• Ensure high engineering quality through testing and code reviews
• Mentor and support other engineers within the team
• Contribute to technical documentation and development best practices
• Stay up to date with modern Android technologies and industry trends
