Test Lead

The client is a leading international financial institution, among the top largest banks in Poland. The team conducts testing of processes related to granting and servicing mortgage loans.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing
• Experience as Test Lead or Senior Tester
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Very good analytical skills
• Experience in banking or financial projects
• Knowledge of testing techniques
• Ability to design and implement test scenarios
• Experience in creating test data
• Experience in writing unit tests
• Knowledge of testing tools and JIRA
• Experience in creating test frameworks for back-end applications
• Ability to collaborate between back-end and front-end teams
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel

• Coordination and management of testing activities in the project
• Designing test scenarios and test cases
• Preparing test data and test scripts
• End-to-end testing of mortgage processes
• Verification of process and system documentation
• Collaboration with back-end, front-end, and business teams
• Participation in requirements analysis and sprint planning
• Reporting test results and identifying defects
• Supporting process quality and development of test frameworks
