XTB is hiring an AI Engineering Team Leader to lead their AI engineering efforts in Warsaw, focusing on advanced AI architectures and technologies.

• Proficiency in AI Architecture
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience in technical leadership
• Knowledge of FastAPI framework
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Expertise in AI Engineering
• Experience with LLMs and agentic systems
• Familiarity with LangGraph / LlamaIndex
• Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps
• Language skills: Polish (B2), English (B2)

• Lead AI engineering projects and teams
• Oversee AI architecture design and implementation
• Manage development using Python and FastAPI
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic systems
• Utilize LangGraph / LlamaIndex tools
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices
