UX/UI Designer/ka

Cosibella is an online store offering a wide range of cosmetic products and shares knowledge about proper skincare. The company aims to provide customers with products and services tailored to their needs. Besides e-commerce, Cosibella also develops stationary services in their Cosibella Corner salons and supports customers in achieving salon effects at home with their own brands SkinTra, HairTry, and Hanglow.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showing design process and decisions.
• Proficient knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, Components) and responsive web design (Desktop & Mobile First).
• Experience in e-commerce, understanding business processes and designing solutions that support sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Practical skills in conducting A/B tests, usability tests, and behavior analysis using tools like Hotjar, Clarity, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to perform UX audits and benchmarking to propose solutions based on trends and best practices.
• Ability to gradually develop an existing platform with attention to Nielsen heuristics and anticipating consequences of changes.
• Language skills: Polish (expert), English (advanced).

• Creating modern, aesthetic, and responsive interfaces using advanced Figma features (Auto Layout, Components).
• Actively monitoring the market and analyzing competitors to implement innovative solutions that build brand advantage.
• Planning and conducting research (usability tests, interviews, A/B tests) and analyzing user behavior in Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity.
• Identifying usability issues and translating research data and findings into concrete design recommendations.
• Justifying design decisions based on UX psychology, research results, and business data, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Collaborating with the development team in ClickUp from request to implementation (verifying compliance with designs).
