Technical Project Leader

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Higher education in IT or STEM.
• Knowledge of AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Experience managing IT product delivery processes.
• Familiarity with Java and Angular technologies.
• Experience leading IT projects and working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of agile product development or software manufacturing cycles.
• Experience managing an ambitious and engaged team of experts.
• Leadership skills including motivating, developing, promoting autonomy and responsibility, engaging and appreciating employees.
• Openness to implementing new solutions and seeking optimization opportunities.
• Willingness to actively participate in solving systemic problems, managing and mitigating risks related to their development.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level in speaking and writing.

• Participate in a banking industry project.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, planning, and defining complete business requirements for Product Increment.
• Organize and facilitate the Planning stage for Product Increment, collaboratively developing plans and schedules for backlog delivery.
• Monitor the IT product delivery process according to Product Owner priorities and established schedules, considering KPI Accuracy of Delivery.
• Actively collaborate with Release Management, Solution Architects, and Product Owners regarding the delivery process for Product Increment.
• Manage risks during IT product realization.
• Identify employee development needs, co-create career paths, and support their implementation.
• Work in a hybrid model with meetings in the office in Warsaw or Wrocław once every two months.
