Wymagania
- Higher education or final year student (preferably quantitative methods, econometrics, statistics).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis / BI / data science.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Python for analysis (Pandas, NumPy, basic ML).
- Understanding of basic ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering).
- Ability to formulate conclusions and work with large datasets.
- English language proficiency at minimum B1 level.
Nice to have:
- Experience with loyalty programs or customer transactional data.
- Knowledge of retail industry, promotions, and sales processes.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik).
- Experience with cloud tools (Databricks, Spark, Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience in building customer segmentation and predictive models.
- Knowledge of applied statistics.
Obowiązki
- Analyze customer purchasing behaviors and promotion effectiveness based on data from the data warehouse (SQL).
- Prepare customer segmentation, predictive models, and analyses supporting business decisions (Python + ML).
- Build insights and recommendations regarding marketing activities and customer communication (loyalty, promotions, CRM).
- Automate analytical and reporting processes (SQL/Python).
- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments on the development of analytical tools and data.
- Prepare presentation materials for management (clear conclusions, visualizations).
