Specjalista/ka ds. IT

VRG S.A. (Vistula Retail Group) is a publicly traded company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange specializing in designing, producing, and distributing clothing collections for women and men. The company manages well-known Polish brands such as Vistula, Bytom, and Wólczanka. VRG S.A. operates retail stores across Poland offering high-quality clothing and accessories designed according to global fashion trends.

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in developing applications and maintaining the WEBCON BPS environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments
• Ability to diagnose hardware and system faults
• Practical knowledge of remote support tools
• Basic knowledge of computer networks (LAN / Wi-Fi)
• Good work organization and independence in problem-solving
• Communication skills and a cooperative attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop competencies
• Experience in a similar position (IT Support, participation in IT projects)

Nice to have:

• Administration of Active Directory (users, groups, GPO)
• Administration of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (user accounts, mail, Teams)
• Administration of SharePoint
• Analytical approach to existing processes and their documentation

• Support, maintenance, and development of the WEBCON BPS workflow system
• Participation in IT and development projects
• Creation and updating of procedures and technical documentation
• Collaboration with the IT team on ongoing tasks and projects
• Providing user support with clear and understandable communication
