• Practical experience in working with data.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good written and verbal command of English.
• SAP basics is an asset.
• Detail-orientation and good analytical skills.

• Ability to detect and solve problems in the master data area quickly and independently.
• Readiness and ability to continuously look for improvements in the job.
• Good communication skills to build relations with different parties (external providers, international colleagues) and to work well in a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

• Be responsible for the correct upload of the installation & operation manuals and the publication on extranet and internet.
• Check the web shop orders and coordinate the requested translations with external suppliers on a daily basis.
• Coordinate the translations of the technical drawings with external suppliers.
• Support in data input of new and/or updated products (either manually or via a mapping tool) in the database.
• Accurately examine and validate own database input as this will be the basis for publications on extranet, internet, energy label generators, e-commerce, data books and catalogues.
• Closely follow the procedures and make proposals for improvements.
• Make sure to achieve the targets set on a monthly basis.
