SDK Support Developer

BoomBit is a leading Mobile Gaming company with a global audience of millions of players and over one billion downloads since 2010. The company has over 250 employees and develops and publishes games across nearly any genre in the free-to-play model on iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch. Main games include Hunt Royale, Dancing Line, and Ramp Car Jumping.

• Minimum six months of experience as a Support Developer or a related position
• Familiarity with C# programming
• Familiarity with Unity engine
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to organize work
• Communication skills
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of C++, Objective-C/Swift or Java
• Knowledge of Unity UI Toolkit or CSS Flexbox
• Ability to estimate working time and efficiency
• Knowledge of design patterns

• Respond to questions and problems reported by developers or other company employees
• Manage technical support requests received through an app (Happy Fox) and other communication channels (Slack)
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues, including diagnosing and fixing problems
• Actively participate in the co-development of documentation
• Continuously improve and develop knowledge and participate in training courses and internal meetings
