UI/UX Designer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Experience in B2B or Enterprise software projects
• Practical experience working with real products and understanding front-end technologies
• Proficient knowledge of Figma and Design Systems standards
• Familiarity with techniques such as Double/Triple Diamond, Customer Journey, Persona, Service Blueprint, Business/Product Canvas
• Experience conducting UX workshops and managing stakeholders, including C-level
• Ability to execute full project cycle: research, concept, prototyping, testing, and delivering UI interfaces
• Experience working in an international agile environment
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level
• Knowledge of Adobe XD and UX design
• Languages: Polish and English

• Conducting workshops and project sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Validating concepts and efficiently implementing improvements using agile testing methodologies
• Applying RITE and lean UX methods for rapid solution iteration
• Planning and conducting user research, creating prototypes, and usability tests
• Designing and optimizing interfaces for advanced B2B business processes
• Close collaboration with Product Owners and developers to ensure consistency and technical feasibility of projects
• Expanding the component library and maintaining scalability of the product's visual layer

Work location: remote with workshops in Warsaw city center every 1-2 months (2-3 days) Recruitment process: short interview with ITFS (~15 min), technical interview with client (~1.5h), soft skills interview (~30 min), decision Start: ASAP (max 1 month notice period)
