• Escalating more complex problems to specialized teams and collaborating to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Documenting reports, actions taken, and solutions applied in the ticketing system.
• Using the available knowledge base and tools provided during onboarding.
• Developing technical knowledge through training paths, e-learning tools, and regular feedback sessions.
