Obowiązki
- Receiving reports in German regarding access issues, software, and basic IT incidents.
- Providing support via phone, email, and chat according to established procedures.
- Guiding users step-by-step through the process of resolving reported technical difficulties.
- Escalating more complex problems to specialized teams and collaborating to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Documenting reports, actions taken, and solutions applied in the ticketing system.
- Using the available knowledge base and tools provided during onboarding.
- Developing technical knowledge through training paths, e-learning tools, and regular feedback sessions.
