Java Developer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The Developer Experience (DevX) Standards and Controls function is creating a platform for control owners and development teams to manage and view their compliance with software development controls.

• Strong experience in Kotlin or Java with willingness to learn Kotlin.
• Proficiency in at least two or three of the following: API development, SQL/databases, HTML/JavaScript.
• Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency (B2+).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Background in Systems Administration across Linux/AIX/WAS platforms.

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and the wider organization to build and run products.
• Design, develop, and implement both front-end and back-end features as per backlog/priority (simple UI framework, not strictly front-end development).
• Work closely with the engineering team to design and launch new features.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and respond to feature requests.
• Build APIs and microservices that solve impactful business problems.
• Deliver rapid iterations in an agile CI/CD environment.
• Participate in peer reviews and test others’ code through automated test scripting.
