Integration Lead

Rite NRG is an outsourcing technology company focused on empowering businesses through innovative software solutions and strong partnerships. The project involves building an integration framework for AI-powered products in the financial services sector, specifically for a FinTech company.

• Around 10+ years of experience as a software developer, including building and operating production systems.
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js.
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native system design.
• Excellent knowledge of event-driven architecture.
• Experience designing and building microservices-based systems.
• Proven experience in technical leadership within integration-focused or platform-oriented teams.
• Strong experience building integrations with external systems, APIs, and third-party providers.
• Experience working with high-volume data processing systems.
• Practical knowledge of handling API quotas, rate limits, provider limitations, retries, failure scenarios, and resilience patterns.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of architectural decisions and technical direction.
• Fluency in Polish and advanced English communication skills.

• Lead the technical approach to building an integration framework for AI-powered financial services products.
• Design and develop scalable integration solutions using Node.js, AWS, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Provide technical leadership to the integration team and support engineers in architectural and implementation decisions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party providers, considering quotas, rate limits, API constraints, retries, failure handling, and data consistency.
• Support architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making around integration patterns and event-driven systems.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for regulated financial services environments, focusing on security, reliability, auditability, and compliance.
