Account Manager - Community Management - Video Games

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Management/Community Management Lead or similar role in the Video Games industry on successful games.
• Availability to work in European time zone.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage an extended team.
• Good understanding of social media/community management within the video game industry.
• Can-do attitude and great communication skills.
• Client-facing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple project types concurrently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to prepare and control work schedules and deliver to budget.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and utilize management information reports.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
• Superior competency using spreadsheet software.

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding and experience in Discord, Twitter, and Facebook.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business and operate as a trusted strategic partner.
• Ensure client expectations are managed via timely, clear, and regular communication.
• Manage project teams including line management of CM Leads, ensuring delivery of all work in scope, on time and to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across capabilities to provide a seamless service to clients.
• Assist Account Directors with pitches to existing and new clients and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure client invoices are accurately and punctually submitted each month.
• Drive AI adoption for Community Management to increase work velocity and improve profitability.
  • Research and implement AI-enabled solutions in partnership with leadership.
  • Ensure teams are trained and adopt mandated tools and workflows.
  • Work with clients to understand their AI approach and propose tech-enabled solutions.
• Learn and adopt AI tools and workflows as instructed.
• Complete all mandatory training and compliance requirements for AI tools.
• Ensure teams utilize AI tools responsibly, ethically, and within legal frameworks.
