Senior IT Analyst

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with international collaboration.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling.
• Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and user interface prototyping and design.
• Knowledge of architecture diagrams like sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API.
• Knowledge of PSD2, PSD3/PSR, and NFR.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document business strategies.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements from different stakeholders.
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for IT teams.
• Ensure requirements traceability during end-to-end development.
• Document requirements, including use cases, and implement quality improvements.
• Support testers and developers within the team.
• Verify developed solutions by conducting test result evaluations.
• Provide insights on the effectiveness of implemented solutions to stakeholders.

This position is based in Poland, specifically in Gdańsk, with options for work from Tricity, Warsaw, and Łódź. The consultant is expected to be in the office three days per week.
