Devire IT Outsourcing is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), executing projects for clients in innovative and modern ventures. The client operates in the pharmaceutical-biotechnology industry.
Wymagania
- Experience in IT support/helpdesk/IT specialist (minimum 2–4 years)
- Good knowledge of Windows environment and troubleshooting system and application issues
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience with device management tools (Intune and/or MECM/SCCM) is a plus
- Ability to diagnose hardware problems and configure devices (laptops, mobile)
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for communication in an international environment
Obowiązki
- Support users in a 2nd line model (systems, applications, M365, Windows)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and system incidents
- Prepare and configure laptops and mobile devices for users
- Administer accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage endpoint devices (Intune and/or MECM/SCCM)
- Handle tickets in the ticketing system and collaborate with other IT teams
- Support remote and local users, communicate in English
Oferta
- Salary: 70-95 PLN + VAT per hour on B2B contract via Devire
- Hybrid work model (3-4 days per week from office in Gdańsk or Duchnice)
