Associate People Operations Specialist

We are hiring an Associate People Operations Specialist to help build a stronger team. • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Exceptional attention to detail in all responsibilities
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Fluency in Polish
• Proactive approach, positive outlook, and strong teamwork skills
• Experience in multicultural environments is preferred
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Reliability in handling confidential information

• Offer operational support in one of the main People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, based on current organizational needs
• Respond to employee requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and precise solutions
• Maintain and update employee information in HR and payroll systems, keeping records accurate and compliant
• Help with the upkeep of HR documentation and processes, following company policies and legal standards
• Assist in compiling operational and compliance reports
• Work with the People Team to improve procedures, boost employee satisfaction, and contribute to team initiatives
