Associate People Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to help strengthen our team. Success in this position requires excellent attention to detail, quick learning abilities, and a high level of accuracy in daily work. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This hybrid role is based in Katowice.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Exceptional attention to detail in all responsibilities
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Fluency in Polish
• Proactive approach, positive mindset, and strong team orientation
• Background in a multicultural environment is a plus
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken
• Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity

• Support daily operations in one of the core People Operations functions: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, depending on business needs
• Respond to employee requests through the ticketing system, providing accurate and prompt solutions
• Update and manage employee records in both internal and external HR and payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Help maintain HR documentation and processes in line with company policies and legal standards
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries to meet operational or compliance requirements
• Collaborate with the People Team to enhance processes, elevate the employee experience, and contribute to team projects
