Head of AI Marketing & Digital Architecture

Comarch is seeking a Head of AI & Digital Architecture to lead the technical infrastructure for the Group's digital discoverability and AI visibility within a Center of Excellence model. The role involves defining, building, and governing technical standards for machine-readable representation across AI and search platforms.

• 5+ years senior technical leadership experience in digital architecture, technical SEO, or web engineering in B2B or enterprise technology.
• Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) sourcing, weighting, and prioritisation.
• Hands-on expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, structured data (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, and headless CMS platforms.
• Proven experience in technical SEO at enterprise scale including schema implementation and crawl optimisation.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms, log file analysis, and defining AI discoverability measurement frameworks.
• Ability to design scalable systems and standards across multi-sector organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analytical skills to define and measure novel KPIs and adapt strategy based on data.

AI Discoverability & GEO Strategy:

• Design and optimise digital assets for preferred citation by AI models such as Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and SearchGPT.
• Architect for AI latent space to reduce brand hallucination and ensure factual accuracy.
• Define and track next-generation AI discoverability metrics including Share of Model and AI Sentiment.
• Establish and maintain a Group-wide technical governance framework for Generative AI in marketing workflows.

Technical Web & Digital Architecture:

• Full technical oversight of Comarch Group web estate including Core Web Vitals, performance, schema markup, structured data, and headless CMS architecture.
• Architect the technical backbone of Comarch's knowledge layer for AI crawler ingestion.
• Implement and maintain comprehensive schema markup strategies (JSON-LD, Open Graph, entity disambiguation).
• Assess and integrate emerging MarTech technologies to improve discoverability and infrastructure scalability.

Standards & Center of Excellence Leadership:

• Develop technical playbooks and implementation guides for Group-wide consistency.
• Act as internal consultant and authority on AI discoverability and web architecture.
• Partner with IT, Corporate Communications, and Sector leads for cohesive implementation across the organisation.
