Wymagania
- Minimum 4 years of experience independently managing PPC campaigns as the owner of performance marketing activities.
- Practical experience in running and scaling campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrable results such as increased ROAS, reduced CAC, budget scaling, and improved campaign efficiency (2-3 case studies with numbers required).
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking with ability to implement and supervise GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Experience in e-commerce or physical product sales campaigns.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for working with tools, materials, and documentation.

- Practical knowledge of Looker Studio, Power BI, or basic SQL.
- Experience building processes, documentation, or developing PPC area from scratch.
- Google Ads, Meta Ads certifications or completed courses/trainings related to performance marketing, analytics, or e-commerce.
- Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
Obowiązki
- Independently manage performance marketing activities in paid ads channels including planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads focusing on sales goals and scaling results.
- Build and develop advertising account architecture including campaign structures, ad groups, bidding strategies, and implement best practices and standards for PPC.
- Implement and develop analytical and tracking systems including configuration and supervision of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, attribution models, data analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Plan and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and new solutions to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams by preparing briefs, ensuring communication consistency, and jointly developing effective sales campaigns.
- Explore new growth and scaling opportunities by analyzing new advertising channels and solutions such as TikTok Ads, influencer paid, and programmatic.
- Report campaign results and recommend action directions by monitoring campaign effectiveness, analyzing KPIs, and cooperating with Head of Marketing on performance marketing strategy development.
