Last Mile Support Specialist

• Knowledge of lease agreements or cooperation agreements

• Supporting the development and operational functioning of the Last Mile network
• Coordinating document circulation and compiling permits related to network development
• Providing ongoing support to the expansion team
• Ensuring high standards of customer and partner service in direct relations
• Handling inquiries from the website and coordinating verification processes of commercial objects of current and potential partners
• Participating in designing, creating, and maintaining the CRM system
• Monitoring Last Mile KPIs and cooperation conditions with clients
• Supporting commercial real estate market analysis
• Conducting negotiations regarding changes in cooperation conditions (pricing and contracts)
• Developing cooperation with stakeholders across the organization to optimize processes and technologies
• Participating in developing location selection strategies for network expansion
• Preparing project and status presentations for stakeholders
• Developing, implementing, and optimizing processes
• Creating project schedules, scopes, budgets, and supervising their execution
