Business Consultant

• Preferably a college degree in a technical or business field with an IT focus, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
• Experience in IT analysis or consulting
• Familiarity with SQL, UML, or a programming language is a plus
• Basic knowledge of software architecture principles
• Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent command of English for communication with customers

• Serve as the link between the client and development teams
• Understand client needs and propose features for developers to implement
• Communicate with other internal teams such as QA, project management, and development
• Occasionally visit clients in person, involving travel
