Lean Process Design Senior Manager

• 5–8 years of experience in process design, service design, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred).
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to train and coach teams on best practices.
• Background in HR transformation, shared services, or digital experience design.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) and exposure to AI and automation tools.

• Lead end-to-end process design for assigned HR workstreams using Lean, Agile, and Human-Centred Design principles.
• Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with subject matter experts and functional leaders.
• Translate functional and strategic aspirations into practical, scalable process designs aligned with program objectives.
• Ensure processes leverage self-service, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Apply and uphold methodology, standards, and best practices for process design.
• Collaborate closely with Change, Communications, and Tech teams to ensure smooth transition and implementation.
• Support the creation of SOPs, RACIs, and workflows, and assist with handover and hypercare activities.
