Product/UX·UI Designer - Mid Level (m/f)

xfive is a digital consultancy with 20+ years of experience helping companies shape and scale their digital products. They work across design, engineering, and AI, with partners ranging from publishers and manufacturers to NGOs and product-led startups.

• 3+ years of commercial experience in product or UX/UI design, with a portfolio that shows it
• Proficiency in Figma
• Comfortable with direct client contact and independent communication in meetings
• Strong English skills (B2+/C1)
• Able to work autonomously and manage your own workload
• Availability of 20 hours/week with overlap between 10:00–16:00 CET
• Comfortable in Jira or similar project management tools

Nice to have:

• Experience with Webflow
• AI tools already part of your design workflow
• E-commerce projects in your portfolio

• Lead UX/UI design across multiple client projects from discovery through delivery
• Join client meetings, run or support discovery sessions, and represent your design decisions confidently
• Create prototypes to validate and communicate ideas quickly
• Collaborate with engineers and strategists to ensure the design translates well into the build
• Take ownership of your work; move it forward without waiting to be directed
