Fullstack Developer with PHP (Sylius) and Typescript

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer with expertise in PHP (Sylius) and TypeScript to contribute to the design, development and maintenance of e-commerce solutions. The person in this role will work across backend and frontend domains, collaborate with product and operations colleagues, and support the delivery of reliable, secure and maintainable software.

• Proven experience developing with PHP and familiarity with the Sylius framework or closely related e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience building client-side applications or components.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, data modelling and relational databases.
• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with automated testing practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery concepts.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to peers and stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Symfony.
• Experience with containerisation (e.g., Docker).
• Experience with message queues.
• Knowledge of e-commerce domain challenges.

• Design, implement and maintain backend services using PHP and the Sylius e-commerce framework.
• Develop and maintain frontend components using TypeScript and related frameworks or libraries.
• Integrate internal and third-party APIs and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews and apply software engineering best practices to improve code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and operations to translate requirements into technical solutions and to resolve production issues.
• Contribute to deployment pipelines, monitoring and performance optimisation activities.
• Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
