Platform Engineer (Kubernetes, AWS, AI-first environment)

Holisticon Connect is a division within NEXER GROUP, a custom software development company started in Poland in 2017 with over 140 people. The team works with world-renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe, focusing on competence growth. The role involves joining a global leader in AI-powered video solutions for enterprise, working on infrastructure that powers intelligent agents, foundation models, and automated workflows.

• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud, including ECS and migration towards Kubernetes/EKS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Experience with GitOps approach, e.g., ArgoCD.
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge (EKS); CKA certification is a bonus.
• Practical experience using Terraform for cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or equivalents.
• Experience with MongoDB, especially Atlas.
• AI-first mindset; openness to AI-driven development and automation is required; candidates opposed to AI/agentic approaches will not be considered.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration tools.

• Designing, operating, and continuously improving AWS-based infrastructure supporting customer-facing applications, focusing on migrating services to Kubernetes (EKS).
• Delivering Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Managing Kubernetes clusters (EKS) deployments to ensure scalable and reliable environments.
• Using agentic tools such as Claude Code to streamline development and automate cloud-based AI and non-AI workflows.
• Building monitoring, logging, metrics, and observability pipelines for AI-powered and non-AI workflows.
• Contributing to technical decisions through RFC-based peer-reviewed processes.
• Operating autonomously, taking ownership of solutions, navigating ambiguity, and making day-to-day technical decisions aligned with the team.
