Business Advisor (with Romanian)

• Fluency in Romanian (C1/C2) and good command of English (minimum B2)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an international contact center environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven customer service orientation
• Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Providing professional customer support to Romanian-speaking clients via phone
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating when necessary
• Documenting interactions and actions taken in the system
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service excellence
• Using MS Office tools (especially Excel) to support daily tasks and reporting
