The client is a large international public-sector organization operating in a highly regulated and security-focused environment, responsible for coordinating complex operations and maintaining continuity of critical services across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions.

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, EntraID, and Microsoft 365 Apps deployment.
• Extensive experience administering Windows client operating systems and IT end-user computing infrastructures.
• Proven ability to deploy and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT security frameworks, TCP/IP network protocols, and workstation monitoring.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL-driven environments and standard ticketing systems for change, configuration, and release management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

• Oversee and administer large-scale endpoint environments with thousands of physical and virtual Windows 11 or newer workstations using Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
• Plan and execute deployments of OS images, software patches, Group Policy Objects, Intune configuration profiles, and custom scripts.
• Manage end-to-end application lifecycles including packaging, testing, distribution, rollout tracking, and license renewals.
• Provide 2nd line support, troubleshoot complex installation and configuration issues with internal teams and external vendors, and enforce IT security policies.
• Maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, system architecture diagrams, and user guides.
• Propose and implement strategic enhancements to optimize workstation infrastructure and end-user experience.
