Koordynator ds. Bezpieczeństwa Informacji (K/M/N)

In Poland, Stadler employs about 1300 people across multiple locations including Siedlce, Środa Wielkopolska, Warsaw, Łódź, and Sochaczew. The company continuously develops its operations in Poland by expanding facilities, creating attractive jobs, and broadening the range of produced rail vehicles with local partners.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in IT, cybersecurity, IT operations, or compliance
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity basics, IAM, and enterprise-class IT environments
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Very good organizational skills
• Ability to initiate solutions and operate in a dynamic environment
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in industrial or OT environments
• Knowledge of NIST CSF or ISO/IEC 27001 standards
• Knowledge and experience in implementing NIS2 and AI Act
• Participation in IT or security audits
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools

• Support in the implementation of cybersecurity strategy
• Coordinate the implementation of global security policies and standards
• Monitor the execution of security initiatives and identify risks, delays, and non-compliances
• Coordinate activities with IT, OT, and business teams in security areas
• Supervise the maintenance of current IT/OT asset and access registers
• Prepare reports, risk analyses, and documentation for audits and reporting to central structures
• Support audits and coordinate corrective actions related to removing non-compliances
• Build cybersecurity awareness within the organization
