Senior DevOps Specialist (K/M)

Sklepy Komfort S.A. is a leading brand in the interior equipment industry, present in Poland for over 30 years. The company offers comprehensive solutions for bathroom furnishings, flooring, doors, kitchen design, and other home interiors. It operates more than 150 physical stores and an online shop (komfort.pl).

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role with strong focus on e-commerce or high-traffic platforms.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/Github, Bitbucket) and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Very good knowledge of Magento 2 architecture and processes such as cron, indexer, cache, message queues.
• Practical knowledge of MySQL database management, including query and index optimization.
• Experience with Redis.
• Proficient knowledge of Elasticsearch 8.x.
• Practical knowledge of RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of web servers Nginx and Varnish.
• Ability to create automation scripts (Bash, Python, PHP CLI).
• Experience with configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools.
• Ability to quickly diagnose and solve complex problems.
• Good command of English (technical documentation).

Nice to have:

• Experience with PHP 8.1+ in performance and configuration context.
• Knowledge of cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform).
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) in integration context.

• Ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of the Magento 2 platform and all its components (MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Varnish, and others).
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD processes, automate deployments and configuration management.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase application and infrastructure speed (e.g., database optimization, cache, web server).
• Monitor and optimize RabbitMQ workers critical for ERP integration.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents at the application and infrastructure level.
• Maintain infrastructure and data security.
• Collaborate closely with the Magento development team to optimize code and architecture.
• Create and update technical documentation.
