H&M Logistics is part of the H&M Group responsible for sustainable, quality, and efficient fashion flow. They operate a modern, highly automated, BREEAM-certified Omni-Logistics Centre in Robakowo, Poland, serving European markets for Portfolio Brands (COS, Weekday, &Other Stories, ARKET). The new warehouse covers 62,000 sqm and employs 500 to 700 staff focused on efficient and sustainable fulfillment of customer promises.

• Experience working with WMS warehouse systems
• Fluent Polish and communicative English
• Experience in configuration and maintenance of computer hardware
• Ability to monitor systems, draw conclusions, and take appropriate actions
• Skills in analyzing and solving problems
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis tools
• Teamwork orientation and supportiveness
• Engagement and communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts and selected weekends

• Ensure quality operation of warehouse systems
• Identify and explain irregularities in warehouse/computer systems and processes
• Collaborate with others to resolve warehouse system issues
• Create reports and support initiatives for development of computer systems and analytical tools
• Control activities to improve warehouse processes
• Conduct system and performance analyses in SAP
• Cooperate with operational teams and central IT department
• Train end users and Team Leaders on new system functionalities or improvements
• Independently diagnose and resolve IT problems in warehouse areas
• Provide technical support for computer hardware, including system reinstallation and configuration of barcode scanners, label printers, laptops, and Panel PCs
