• Recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g. OSCP, OSWE or equivalent)
• Approximately 6+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience
• Strong client-focused mindset with ability to translate security findings into business risk and support decision making
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring, influencing stakeholders, and guiding small delivery teams
• Advanced analytical thinking, adaptability, and active listening in complex, international environments
• Hands-on experience with modern application, cloud, and API testing, secure development, and DevSecOps practices

• Leads and delivers end-to-end penetration testing lifecycle across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments, from scoping to reporting
• Identifies vulnerabilities through advanced testing and code or configuration reviews
• Produces high-quality, client-ready reports with clear risk prioritization
• Facilitates scoping discussions and stakeholder alignment
• Mentors junior testers and ensures delivery quality and consistency
