Data Analyst (with Chinese, Japanese, Korean) (Sourcing Requisition)

• Work experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Operations, or automation tools is good to have
• Experience with PowerBI report creation, Power Query, and Power Automate is required
• Proficiency with Macros in Excel
• Experience in automation of processes and reports
• Fluent in English and two of the following languages with writing and reading skills: Chinese, Japanese, Korean
• Ability to work shifts starting from 7 AM with flexibility as per business requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Methodical problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility and ability to manage heavy workload by planning and prioritizing
• Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently

• Support Client’s Business & Sales operations across all products/segments within SLA
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analytics
• Support the team in ensuring correct and up-to-date data in the systems
• Support business in identifying and removing repeatable blockers
• Drive towards an efficient, accurate, and reliable solution providing end-to-end support
• Train team members and help with query support
• Follow up on compliance issues and monitor issue resolution
• Prepare data for audit
