Copado DevOps (Salesforce)

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. The company focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce, DevOps, or Release Management.
• Practical experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado or similar.
• Good knowledge of version control systems: Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and Salesforce Metadata deployment processes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve deployment issues and metadata conflicts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with task and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2/B2+ level).

Nice to have:

• Experience in enterprise projects or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure tools and technologies such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms Azure or AWS.
• Salesforce certifications, e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I.
• Copado Fundamentals and/or Copado Administrator certifications.
• Knowledge of alternative Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset or AutoRABIT.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Designing, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD processes for the Salesforce platform.
• Managing the full release lifecycle from development to production deployment.
• Creating and developing deployment pipelines using Copado and Git-based tools.
• Automating deployment processes and optimizing by eliminating manual steps.
• Collaborating with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth delivery of changes.
• Managing code repositories and implementing branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development).
• Diagnosing and resolving deployment issues and Salesforce metadata conflicts.
• Supporting testing and validation processes before production deployment.
• Monitoring quality, efficiency, and stability of deployment processes.
• Participating in planning, coordinating, and executing releases in a multi-team environment.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining DevOps process documentation and deployment standards.
• Promoting and implementing best DevOps practices in the Salesforce ecosystem, including automation, CI/CD, and governance.
