• Communication skills and openness to working with people
• Sales skills or willingness to develop them
• Independence and good work organization
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends
• Willingness to work a minimum of 60 hours per month
• Commitment to achieving sales goals
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to participate in training and develop sales competencies
• Experience in sales, promotion, or customer service is an additional advantage
• Student status is an additional advantage, especially for persons up to 26 years old
