Junior IT Support Agent with German

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT across industries such as Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO.

• Very good knowledge of German and English (B2/C1 levels)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk is an advantage but not required
• Knowledge of customer support

• Assist German-speaking customers by providing high-quality technical support and ensuring efficient problem resolution
• Work in a hybrid model in Katowice, Lublin, or Opole with 2 visits to the office per week
• Provide support during business hours or 24/7 on IT Support/Service Desk projects
