  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in customer service, help desk, or support is welcome
  • Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Highly developed communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Good work organization, independence, and teamwork skills

Obowiązki

  • Handle customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
  • Register and monitor requests ensuring high-quality service
  • Resolve current customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
  • Collaborate on optimizing processes and service standards
  • Prepare data for reports and monitor SLA compliance
