Wymagania
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in customer service, help desk, or support is welcome
- Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems
- Very good command of German and English
- Highly developed communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Good work organization, independence, and teamwork skills

- Handle customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
- Register and monitor requests ensuring high-quality service
- Resolve current customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
- Collaborate on optimizing processes and service standards
- Prepare data for reports and monitor SLA compliance
