Junior Web Application Tester - Clinical Analytics (m/f)

Transition Technologies-Science manages medical data and partners in the healthcare sector. The development team creates specialized software for clinical research centers, hospitals, researchers, and doctors, using advanced IT technologies to support and improve research, diagnostic, and therapeutic processes, and to discover knowledge in medical databases. The data and statistics specialists provide Data Science services, offering analytical support in clinical trials, including advanced clinical statistics and machine learning analyses to support diagnostic, therapeutic processes, and treatment quality monitoring.

• Minimum one year of commercial experience in testing web applications, preferably systems for advanced data processing and analysis
• Education in mathematics, statistics, or data analysis enabling confident handling of numbers and calculations
• Practical knowledge of statistics to independently prepare advanced test data and batch files, including simulating outliers and verifying their detection by the system
• Ability to verify complex calculations using preferred tools (e.g., custom scripts, spreadsheets, logical analysis)
• Proficiency in Polish for communication
• English language skills sufficient to work with technical documentation
• Precision, reliability, and punctuality

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GAMP 5 guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards for conducting tests and creating documentation according to validation requirements in clinical research
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or Oracle)
• Practical skills in GUI test automation using Playwright
• Basic knowledge of R or Python to better understand the analytical logic embedded in the application

• Ensuring the quality of web applications used for advanced and complex clinical data analyses
• Verifying the correctness of data processing at every stage of the product lifecycle
• Conducting manual tests, with particular focus on consistency and logic of presented analytical results
• Analyzing errors and collaborating with developers and analysts to effectively resolve technical and substantive issues
• Developing and maintaining test documentation
