Power Platform Developer Copilot Studio

Link Group is seeking a skilled engineer to drive the creation of next-generation conversational AI and automation tools using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Deep, hands-on mastery of Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Exposure to cloud ecosystem components like Azure OpenAI or Cognitive Services.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Fluent communication in English.

Nice to have:

• Practical familiarity with building custom connectors.
• Understanding of data privacy and security controls within the Power Platform.
• Experience with chatbot analytics for performance tracking and user-experience optimization.

• Demonstrate deep, hands-on mastery of Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) by defining conversational UX guidelines, structuring topics, and managing complex entities.
• Seamlessly connect conversational agents with backend systems, external APIs, and the core Microsoft Power Platform framework (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse).
• Apply AI-driven principles to design scalable agentic workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to dissect complex requirements, turning business needs into robust, secure, and sustainable digital solutions.
• Work efficiently in client-facing environments, showcasing strong analytical problem-solving skills and fluent communication in English.
