The company focuses on building modern digital solutions with an international team of professionals.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital tools or IT systems development
• Ability to effectively gather, organize, and translate business requirements into technology language
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• English language proficiency enabling smooth communication
• Knowledge of the insurance and/or e-commerce industry is an advantage

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of Scrum, understanding of sprints and sprint review roles
• Collaborative attitude and active team engagement in creating innovative solutions
• Interest in new technologies and openness to continuous learning

• Analyze business requirements with a real understanding of the business need
• Independently conduct workshops with business stakeholders, technical teams, and UX designers to develop the best solutions
• Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Participate in manual testing before releases and support the team in ensuring solution quality
• Support analysis and resolution of production issues
