Delivery Manager

Acaisoft is a company partnering with industry leaders across healthcare, telecom, fintech, and insurance, building Cloud, Data & AI solutions for fast-moving businesses. Although based in Poland, most clients are in the U.S., requiring flexibility around non-standard working hours for collaboration across time zones. The company values a less formal atmosphere, open communication, dynamic environments, ownership, adaptability, and deep involvement in projects.

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery, PMO, or similar coordination roles
• Experience working with software development teams
• Openness to occasional non-standard working hours
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics at once
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Technical or engineering background

• Supporting the Senior Delivery Manager in client communication and ongoing project delivery
• Coordinating day-to-day work of project teams and helping keep things moving
• Keeping track of timelines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Making sure meetings, emails, and action items don’t get lost
• Helping organize work across multiple projects in a fast-changing environment
