QlikView Developer

Relout is a boutique consulting and technology partner working for international projects and clients from various industries, including startups, software houses, and enterprises. They focus on connecting passionate engineers with fast-growing digital and technology companies. The role is for a rapidly growing international food manufacturing company supplying products to leading retail chains and restaurants across Europe, investing heavily in modern technologies and automation.

• 3+ years of commercial experience developing solutions using QlikView and Qlik Sense.
• Experience working with both Qlik On-Premise and Qlik SaaS/Cloud environments.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL skills, including querying, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Experience managing the full Qlik development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Good understanding of data modelling principles and reporting best practices.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards, reports, and business metrics.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned projects.
• Experience making technical decisions and recommending improvements within a BI environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in both Polish and English (C1 level) is required.
• Availability for occasional business travel to the client's UK locations approximately 3–4 times per year (all travel and accommodation costs covered).

• Experience working in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics environment supporting multiple business units.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or operational reporting environments.
• Previous experience acting as a Lead BI Developer, Lead Qlik Developer, or technical owner of BI solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain QlikView and Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across multiple business areas, including operations, finance, and manufacturing sites.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly BI solutions.
• Take ownership of projects throughout the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing support.
• Develop and optimise data models, data loads, and reporting structures within the Qlik environment.
• Write, analyse, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support reporting and data validation activities.
• Validate, reconcile, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data from multiple sources.
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and application issues using a structured and methodical approach.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation, including data models, business logic, assumptions, and support procedures.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and help define best practices within the Qlik environment.
• Manage workload independently and effectively prioritise multiple projects and requests.
