Mid/Senior Automation Engineer (Python)

The client for this project is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Europe, serving millions of users daily and connecting sellers from small businesses to global brands with customers, offering a wide product selection, fast delivery, and refined shopping experience.

Must have:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience for mid roles and 5 years for senior roles.
• Strong experience in API integration, data flows (data piping), and backend development (Python, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures (LangGraph/LangChain) and tool-calling execution.
• Ability to map complex business rules (e.g., eligibility for returns/commissions) into programming logic.
• Fluent Polish language skills.
• Availability to start the project from July.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kotlin/Java and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience handling secure user and transactional/financial API data.

• Develop and maintain an AI assistant dedicated to the Customer Experience area.
• Design and implement API integrations and data flows (data piping).
• Create backend logic in Python using GraphQL.
• Build and develop AI agents based on Agentic AI architectures (LangGraph/LangChain).
• Implement tool-calling execution mechanisms within the agent system.
• Map complex business rules (e.g., eligibility for returns and commissions) into programming logic.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to identify and automate business processes.
• Ensure quality, scalability, and security of developed solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and document implemented solutions.

• Fluent Polish language required.
• Availability to start the project from July.
